01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the contractual relationship between php747 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "the Operator") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the Member") who accesses, registers on, or uses the php747 website at php747.cam and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and platform features.

03 Account Registration & Security

The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, or different identification details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances held across associated accounts, and potential referral to relevant regulatory and law enforcement authorities.

Accuracy of Registration Information

You warrant that all information provided during account registration is true, accurate, current, and complete. You are obligated to maintain the accuracy of your account information and to update it promptly if any details change. php747 is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Member.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your php747 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. All activities conducted through your account while logged in — whether or not performed by you personally — are your sole responsibility and will be treated as authorized transactions.

php747 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from php747 requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

Account Currency

All php747 accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All deposits, balances, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in PHP unless otherwise specified in applicable promotional terms.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

Accepted Payment Methods

Payment method availability may change without prior notice. Deposit Terms

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except where explicitly stated;
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements which must be satisfied before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings;

• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless the specific promotion states otherwise;

Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the specific promotion) must be wagered before bonus-derived funds become eligible for withdrawal. 09 Intellectual Property

php747's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the amount of funds held in the Member's php747 account at the time the claim arose.

Platform Availability

php747 does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to force majeure events, natural disasters, regulatory directives, or telecommunications infrastructure failures.

Third-Party Game Providers

Games on the php747 platform are operated by licensed third-party game providers. php747 does not warrant the availability, accuracy, or performance of third-party game content and shall not be liable for any loss arising from malfunctions, errors, or availability issues originating with third-party game providers, subject to applicable PAGCOR regulations.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

Termination by php747

php747 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements;
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe;
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion;
• Directive from a regulatory, judicial, or law enforcement authority;
• Identification of the Member on a PAGCOR self-exclusion register.

Upon closure of an account for cause, php747 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is established following investigation, eligible funds will be returned to the Member via the original payment method.

Voluntary Account Closure

Members may request account closure at any time by contacting php747 customer support. Upon closure request, any outstanding bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned to the Member via the verified payment method within the standard processing timeframe, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.

13 Disputes & Governing Law

Dispute Resolution

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and all disputes arising from or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Both parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled through the processes described above.

14 Amendments to These Terms

Material amendments — defined as changes that materially affect Member rights or obligations — will be communicated to registered Members via email to the registered address and via in-platform notification at least fourteen (14) days before the amended Terms take effect, except where a shorter notice period is required by law or regulatory directive.

Non-material amendments (such as typographic corrections, clarifications, or additions to supplementary policies) may be made without prior notice. The current version of these Terms is always accessible on this page. The effective date displayed at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the php747 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
